Refund policy

You can return products within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

Shipments returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Non-returnable items: custom-made or personalized products, hygiene products, discounted items, and gift cards.

For EU customers, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable law.

Once the return is approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days.
